DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Deputy Executive Director is a strategic thought partner to the Executive Director by providing leadership in partnering with the senior management team in strategic decision-making and operations. S/he supports the Executive Director in fundraising and communications. S/he is in charge of the day-to-day management of the facilities, grant, and contract administration, human resources, data management, and special events. S/he will assume the duties of the Executive Director in his/her absence.

COMMUNITY HEALTH COORDINATOR

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

SOCIAL SERVICE COORDINATOR

The Social Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our organization, managing the administration of the Violent Crime Victims Assistance (VCVA) Program funded by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. This position demands a passionate and dedicated individual who can ensure the provision of quality individual assistance and public education to senior clients and other low-income populations. The Social Service Coordinator will facilitate access to various governmental and non-governmental benefits and community resources, assisting clients in selecting the best options and securing the needed services.

INTERNSHIP
Hanul offers an intensive hands-on internship program for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students with some background or interest in social work, counseling, nonprofit management, social welfare policy, research, program development, immigrant communities, etc. Interning at Hanul will give students a great introduction to the field of social work and non-profit work, and will help build contacts and personal interests.
